Girija Bahety

I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics and Public Policy at the Economics Department and the Fletcher School, Tufts University. My research interests are in Development Economics with a focus on financial inclusion, entrepreneurship and digital technology.

Prior to this, I worked as a Consultant with Oxford Policy Management Limited for seven years in the UK and India. I hold a M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a B.A. (H) in Economics from the University of Delhi.

The Blog documents my adventures in quarantine cooking. What began as a 30-day challenge to cook something new everyday evolved into a 250+ day journey.
